Inova Baltic is an investment house which consistently focuses on real estate and private equity investments. The company has its track record starting in 1998 when the company was established. Inova Baltic has added accounting and tax advisory service to the range of its activities since 2009.

Inova Baltic traces its roots back to 1992 when Magne Reme, a Norwegian private investor, started his activities in Lithuania and other Baltic states. His first investments were related to real estate. Later the activities expanded into company acquisitions and start-ups in sectors representing the biggest growth potential.

Insight and integration of finance, business and industry in the Baltics and the Nordic countries have been the main components of investment approach and a source of investment ideas over the years. Currently Inova Baltic is an adviser and partner of real estate and corporate investors with business interest in the Baltics.

Magne Reme starts activity in Lithuania by starting cooperation project with Shell focused on developing petrol stations in Lithuania. Project focused investment and development activities in real estate, hotels, finance, industry were started.

Inova Baltic UAB was established by Magne Reme with registration in Lithuania.

Inova Baltic initiates dairy farm and grain business focused agriculture investment in Noragra.

Inova Baltic develops tailor-made premises of 3 640 sq.m. for International School of Management, a subsidiary of BI from Norway, in Kaunas downtown.

Inova Baltic completes reconstruction of the building in the Old Town of Vilnius with the Norwegian Embassy as the anchor tenant.

Inova Baltic acts as financial adviser for printing house Print-it in raising funds for industrial relocation of a AIT Trondheim printing house to Klaipeda.

Inova Baltic raised real estate investment fund Nor Property Investments located in Norway with 120 mln NOK in equity to focus on yield properties in the Baltics. Inova Baltic becomes its investment manager.

Inova Baltic in cooperation with NOR Property Investments organizes sale lease back of logistics center in V.A.Graiciuno str., Vilnius with the leading alcohol and tobacco wholesaler Mineraliniai Vandenys as the anchor tenant.
