Odd Magne Reme
Magne is economist from Agder University College in Norway. His background is related to the family business which is construction and real estate.
Between 1980 and 1992 Magne has been founder, board member of many real estate investment and development companies as Vegbetong AS, Remco AS, Hotel Express International AS.
Since 1992 he has started activities in Lithuania by getting a turn-key contract for developing Shell petrol stations through construction company Balticum Construction.
In 1994 Magne has attracted a group of private investors acquiring substantial share stake in Hermis Bank, the second largest privately owned bank of Lithuania in 1990s and became a member of its Supervisory Council.
In 1994 Magne has founded and managed Balticum Management, an investment banking company, and has been active in raising venture capital funds focused on the growing business sectors of the Baltics.
In 1998 Magne has founded Inova Baltic to focus on real estate and private equity investments in the Baltics.
Dalius graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in 1996, receiving the Master of Science degree.
Dalius has worked in Economy & Accounting department of a Scandinavian IT corporation WM Data Norge between 1992 and 1995.
In 1996 Dalius came back to Lithuania and started working in a Scandinavian investment banking company Balticum Management. He was involved in advising foreign investors in setting up venture capital funds focused on the Baltics as well as participated in channelling the funds to growing companies. Dalius has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate deal structuring, equity raising.
Between 1999 and 2001 Dalius was a Member of the Board of Lithuanian Savings Bank responsible for supervising the bank’s treasury, international banking, investment banking and non-life insurance operations.
Since 2001 Dalius was the Vice Chairman of the Board responsible for Retail Banking Division at Hansabankas, a part of the largest financial services institution in the Baltics (currently Swedbank). He was responsible for retail financial services distribution via the branch network, real estate investment and development related to the bank branch network, life insurance etc.
Since September, 2005 Dalius was managing director of M2 Invest, a real estate investment and development company.
In February 2009 Dalius has started cooperation with Inova Baltic as an adviser on financial and management restructuring issues in private equity investments which led to Dalius becoming managing director of Inova Baltic.
